About TLC
The
Life Centre® is a yoga and complementary health centre located
in London’s Notting Hill. Since its founding in 1993,
we have been dedicated to helping people become healthy in
body, mind and spirit. We offer personalised studio classes
and over 40 all-natural therapies with some of London’s
most qualified practitioners.
From beginner yogi to advanced yogini, whether trying natural care for the first time or completely converted, our doors are wide open for you to attend classes, experience therapies, or join motivating workshops and inspiring healthy holidays. Our teachers and therapists are experienced and compassionate and bring years of knowledge and training in their respective practices.
