Facial Yoga

When tension is held in the facial muscles, it sets patterns of stress and strain.

Like muscles in other parts of your body, your face muscles absorb and store a lot of stress and tension. Unless you relax those muscles, they get stiff and hard and look strained.

Tense muscles also constrict blood vessels, limiting the flow of blood and nutrients to your face. What's more, the tension in your face muscles can cause a host of tension related issues that affect the face, and spread down into our neck and shoulders,

A session of facial yoga focuses on increasing the flow of prana to the whole body, strengthening and toning the muscles of the face, resulting in a more radiant, vibrant, youthful appearance.

Each session is individual, and can incorporating yogic techniques and facial exercises, breath-work, acupressure and deep rejuvenating meditation, to promote a more relaxed, radiant, and youthful appearance.
