Gentle
Yoga classes are an excellent way to relax, unwind and
revive and do not require in-depth knowledge of yoga prior
to attending. You’ll emerge from these classes feeling
as if a new person! We also offer Pilates
mat classes which are open to all levels.
Early risers who are keen to develop their individual yoga practice can join the Mysore-style self-practice Astanga classes offered daily weekday from 6.30am-8.30am. In these classes, each student moves through the postures at his or her own pace, with adjustments provided by the teacher.
