About Graham:

A former City lawyer, Graham Burns has helped train many yoga teachers, and lectured in yoga history and philosophy at postgraduate level. His dynamic but relaxed classes are imaginatively sequenced, reflecting his deep understanding of the subtle energetics of yoga practice. Graham sees pranayama and meditation as an integral part of yoga practice and both play an important part in his classes. He is known for his light-hearted approach, while still preserving the best elements of the yoga tradition. The weekend promises to be educational, relaxing and, above all, fun!
