In this subtle transformative and healing technique, a light touch on the spinal reflexes in feet, hands and head stimulates the recipient’s own inner energies.

What is the Metamorphic Technique:

The Metamorphic Technique is a wonderful technique for personal transformation. We all have an inner knowing or innate intelligence that is available to us, but our life experiences can overwhelm us and cause us to lose touch with who we truly are. It is believed that we already start to establish patterns of behaviour when we are in the womb and it is the loosening of these patterns that forms a fundamental part of this work. The Metamorphic practitioner works in a detached manner, not through a lack of caring, but out of a need to allow the transformation to happen. Through the practice of detachment, an environment emerges in which it is acknowledged that the power and intelligence, already inherent in the life of the recipient, is the best guiding factor for their unique life.

What to expect in a session:

The practitioner uses a light, non-invasive touch on the feet, hands and head while at the same time providing a space free from direction towards a particular outcome. The points on the feet, hands and head correspond to the prenatal time in the womb. By working on these points, the practitioner allows the recipient to use their own ability to heal and release any unwanted patterns or triggers.

What are the benefits and who is it for:

It is a gentle technique and is suitable for everybody including babies, children and pregnant women. Many people claim that they feel a sense of calm after a session and an increasing ability to be more of who they truly are rather than how others think they should be. It has been reported that it is helpful for addictions, for releasing negative patterns and for tapping into your true potential when feeling stuck and in need of change.

How many sessions do you need:

Some people report benefits from just one session and others have sessions regularly. People often intuitively know when they need a session.
