Book WorkshopJoin Sandrine & Charlie for a magical evening of cacao, yin and gongs. We will come together to celebrate the autumn equinox also known as Mabon, which falls at this exact time. We are using the support of the heart opening medicine of cacao to celebrate the initiation into this season of Autumn to turn in and tune in, we will set our intentions on what we need to let go of as this season invites us in.
This will be moved through the body with a gentle yin practice with the gongs and sounds to assist us in anchoring our intention and to dive deeper into our own inner journey.
