Book WorkshopTransform your approach to hormone health.
The menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy and menopause are evolutionary cycles of a woman’s life to be honored. Yet it’s common today for women to experience these cycles with discomfort, aversion and disruption.
Our misunderstanding of the opportunities, power and magic in these cycles leads us to reject nature's invitation to blossom into our higher Selves.
From Ayurveda, we know hormones function properly as a result of well functioning digestion, or agni. Everything is connected — body, mind, and spirit. With the wisdom of Ayurveda, we can care for our hormones naturally and effectively so we can enjoy the fullness of womanhood at every stage.
In this 90-minute workshop discussion, Myra Lewin shares practical tools and techniques to care for your hormones, feel your best and celebrate what it is to be a woman. This workshop is for all ages and stages of life — men have hormones too and are most welcome.
Prepare to shift perspectives on your hormone health.
Please note, this is a talk and seating is arranged on yoga bolsters and props. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing.
