Book Workshop

Join us for a two-hour immersive workshop designed to help you turn toward - rather than away from - the darker, quieter edges of your own nature. In the depths of winter, when the world slows down and the nights grow long, we have a unique opportunity to meet our shadow with curiosity instead of fear. Together, we'll explore what the Dark Goddess has to teach us about the parts of ourselves we often hide, judge, or ignore, and how those very parts hold our deepest wisdom.

Through a gentle blend of breathwork, meditation, soothing yoga, and free-form dance, you'll be guided into your body and out of your head. No experience is needed, just a willingness to show up as you are. You'll leave feeling more grounded, more whole, and more at peace with the full spectrum of who you are.

Spaces are limited. Come as you are and bring your darkness with you. She's been waiting to be welcomed home.

Erika-smelling-a-rose

Erika Tourell is a wife, mother, and somatic trauma therapist with over thirty five years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies and their own wholeness. A difficult childhood taught her early that healing isn't about fixing what's broken, it's about learning to listen deeply to the body, to nature, and to life itself. Over thirty years of marriage and raising a family, alongside travels and studies across the world, she wove together the practical and the mystical into a grounded, gentle approach. Today, she works as a therapist, facilitator, mentor and guide, not to change women, but to remind them they were never broken in the first place.
