Join Gianna for a joyful afternoon of yoga-inspired movement, mindfulness, and fun!
Through games, music, teamwork, and plenty of imagination, Gianna will guide children on a playful adventure that introduces the many benefits of yoga. Kids will explore emotional regulation, build strength and stability, grow in confidence, and discover the value of kindness, compassion—and not taking life too seriously.
It’s a lighthearted and engaging way to nurture both body and mind!
