Combining children’s yoga, high energy games, imagination, singing, dancing and a lot of silliness. Moon will take your child on a yoga adventure, flowing from high energy steam burners to calming and grounding activities. Encouraging yoga and movement in a fun context, this class aims to support and inspire your child to stay active and remember to laugh.
