Sleep deeply every night and wake up every morning feeling refreshed and looking forward to the day ahead with renewed vitality!

Come along to Diana and Alice's sleep masterclass and learn how to sleep well each night using simple but powerful techniques.

Alice will begin with a gentle Awareness Through Movement class focusing on eye movements, breath and pelvic tension, specifically designed to stimulate the vagus nerve to promote deeper relaxation before sleep. This class will include self-touch techniques from the Feldenkrais Method, allowing participants to release their own unique holding patterns from the day.

Diana will finish the class by guiding you into a dreamy, blissful slumber. Using her soothing voice, gentle modern hypnotherapy techniques and traditional Yoga Nidra she will encourage your powerful subconscious mind to activate your sleep hormones and help achieve a relaxing night time routine.

What to expect:

●You will learn techniques you can use at home, which will encourage you into a pleasant deep sleep

● Gentle movements to unwind from the day

● Simple breathing techniques to calm and soothe

● Feldenkrais touch techniques, Pressure points and self-hypnosis tips for sleep.

● A free sleep recording on request.

Diana is a senior yoga teacher with over 30years experience and has been a clinical hypnotherapist for 15 years.

Alice is a skilled Feldenkrais practitioner, contemporary dancer and movement coach, and runs her own successful research and injury rehabilitation practice.

They both enjoy helping all students of varying levels of abilities and backgrounds to achieve their full potential.

Diana’s background is rooted in movement; starting off her life as a professional dancer where she performed all around the world. Now an experienced physical therapist and clinical hypnotherapist, her aim is to inspire a sense of community, happiness and confidence to everyone in class and bring joy and healing benefits to all through movement, meditation and relaxation.
