We will open the practice with the vibration of our intention and breath - setting the scene at the start, before being led into a guided meditation and deep yoga nidra sleep, opening the subtle layers of the physical, mental and emotional bodies.

We will begin by anchoring the mind through grounding breathwork and gentle mindfulness meditation, calming the nervous system to prepare you for the deeper layers of rest.

Once you are led into the belly womb of the Earth, Sonal will then immerse you in a Crystal Alchemy Sound Journey, weaving a soundscape of harmonic vibrations with her Crystal Tones Alchemy Sound Bowls, specifically tuned into the frequency of music theory and Koshi Elemental Chimes. Be prepared for a fully immersive Sound experience that has a deep relaxing and highly restorative effect on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
