us for an evening of cacao, yin and gongs to celebrate Imbolc, the
mid point between the Winter solstice and the Spring equinox. Imbolc
is the portal marking the sight of Spring, round the corner,
celebrating fertility and light. The days are getting longer and
nature is slowly coming back to life.
We will start by
drinking ceremonial cacao, a medicine that helps open our hearts,
dive into a yin practise, seeding our intentions and let Charlie take
us on a healing sound journey to integrate and dive deeper.
