Book WorkshopThis yoga workshop will include a steady flowing sequence of postures and breath variations throughout the sequence with the aim to build our energy (prana) in a very systematic way.
The practice will start with a short meditation to bring you into the present moment.
Then we will transition to a sequence of postures along with variations of the breath to continue to build energy (prana). This will prepare you for a deep relaxation.
While deeply relaxed, you will then be lead through a specific breathing technique to build energy (prana) in a very balanced way.
We will end the practice with a final meditation to allow our mind and body to integrate the elements of the practice - allowing the energy to settle.
Mark has been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching for 25 years. He likes to teach and practise with a light, joyful attitude of mind. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
