Book WorkshopAs autumn invites us to slow down and the evenings draw in, this restorative workshop explores how simple evening rituals can help us transition from the busyness of the day into a place of calm and rest.
Natalie will introduce you to the world of essential oils, exploring what they are, how they are traditionally used and how the natural aromas of plants can be woven into everyday wellbeing rituals. We will explore simple and mindful ways of experiencing essential oils, and how scent can become a powerful sensory cue for slowing down, creating presence and transitioning into the evening.
Through experiencing a carefully selected collection of pure essential oils, you will begin to create a simple evening ritual to help you unwind and prepare for a restful night.
The workshop will include moments of mindful reflection, journaling and deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice. Fully supported by props, you will be invited to slow down, soften and rest, while essential oils are gently diffused to enhance the sensory experience.
Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with an established practice, you will leave with simple, practical ideas to create your own evening ritual at home.
