Feeling drained, tense, or struggling to rest? This workshop provides you with practical, easy-to-use tools to recover from stress or burnout and prevent it from worsening.

Led by Laurent, you’ll learn how to spot the early signs of burnout and work through recovery in a gentle, structured step-by-step sequence. These are the different tools and themes that will be covered in this workshop:

  • Rest and Reset – Guided relaxation, restorative positions, and calming breathwork to settle your nervous system.
  • Reconnect – Engage in light somatic movements, body awareness exercises, and simple breath techniques to rebuild your connection with yourself.
  • Restore Energy – Rhythmic breathing, simple standing or seated movements, and posture work to support strength and resilience without overwhelm.
  • Maintain Balance – Utilise grounding practices, reflective prompts, and mindful breathing to integrate the benefits into your daily life.

The session combines breathwork, somatic movement, restorative yoga, guided rest, and reflective practices. Everything is done at a pace that’s safe and adaptable, with no previous experience required.

You’ll leave with a toolkit of practices you can use at home to regulate stress, improve sleep, and restore a steady sense of wellbeing.
