At this special ‘Ground & Centre Earth Element’ event you will learn powerful yet gentle qigong practices to assist with harmonising your body and mind, finding inner balance, grounding and connecting to your centre.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Earth element and the late summer season are associated with our Spleen and Stomach. During this time with the abundance of ripening foods, the energy of nature and our body starts to move from Yang towards Yin.

The Earth element unifies all the other elements and gives us the capacity to maintain our centre irrespective of life’s changing circumstances. When the Earth element is strong we are grounded, stable, nourished and clear minded. The Earth element is also responsible for digesting food and helps us to digest and integrate our life experiences.

We can strengthen the Earth element within us through gentle practices that work with our subtle energy and meditation. By cultivating the Earth element we can enhance our inner balance, live more from our centre and gain greater mental clarity.

Tea has long been associated with meditation and there will be the chance to reflect and set intentions at the calming, meditative tea ceremony with ceremonial grade matcha green tea. Chamomile tea will also be available.
