We are offering private 1:1 sessions of intensive 30-minute alignment consultations with Elena Verigo who blends Tarot with CBT-inspired tools to help you bust through a specific personal roadblock.

A former Psychological Wellbeing Therapist in the NHS, Elena has moved beyond conventional talking therapies to focus on symbolic and archetypal practices that help you explore your inner world. She combines Tarot, sandtray practice and CBT-inspired approaches with meditation, visualisation and reflective tools to guide you toward insight, clarity and personal growth.
Elena leads Tarot workshops that invite curiosity, play and discovery, and offers one-to-one sandtray sessions where you can explore your inner landscape through sand, objects and images. Each session is shaped by what your inner world needs, reflective, playful and deeply personal.
