As we approach the New Moon in Aries it creates perfect conditions for planting seeds, launching new ideas and considering the qualities we want to grow in our lives. Focussing on the courage of our hearts and within the vibration of the Gong and selected sacred mantras, we will lift our hearts toward the infinite, bringing freedom and flexibility and supporting an authentic healing process.

We will do a short warm up and invite you to set personal intentions for this practise and attune to the frequency and intentions for this new moon.

An Intention can be acknowledged during the guided relaxation and confirmed again after the Gong bath. Be renewed and replenished by the powerful experience of Gong meditation, and allow the seeds of intention to grow and manifest.
