In this 2.5-hour workshop, Laurent will share simple, proven techniques and tips for enhancing sleep and combating insomnia. These straightforward strategies can be incorporated into your daily routine to help you reset and improve your sleep and overall well-being.

During the workshop, you will discover easy-to-remember somatic moves, yoga techniques, breathing, and mindfulness exercises to help you unwind and prepare for restful sleep.

Workshop Highlights:

• Gentle Yoga: Practise restorative poses to calm your mind and relax but also allow you to energise and revitalise for a good day and night ahead.

• Somatic Movements: Mini-move techniques are used before bed to release tension, enhance body awareness, and improve mindfulness to relieve anxiety and stress.

• Breathwork and Pranayama: Discover breathing techniques that promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.

• Deep Relaxation: Indulge in Yoga Nidra and other relaxation techniques for a deep, restorative rest designed for sleep.

At the end of the workshop, you will receive downloadable session recordings for you use at your own time.
