Book WorkshopGianna will lead you through a fun, creative practice where we break down the components of some yoga postural inversions and offer ample opportunity to explore them at your own pace. Whether you’re completely new to going upside down; nervous to try without support; or interested in developing greater confidence in inverting – this masterclass will have something for you.
We will look at different adaptations for a variety of bodies and also discuss some of the incredible benefits that can come from adding inversion postures to your practice.
