Book WorkshopJoin us to learn powerful yet gentle qigong practices to assist with releasing the sluggish energy of winter and opening to the vibrant, expansive energy of spring.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is associated with the Liver and Gallbladder and the Wood element which has an upward, expansive energy. The Liver in TCM is responsible for the free of energy in our body and by balancing our Wood element through energetic practices we can allow our emotions to flow more freely, grow and enhance our inspiration, creativity and sense of purpose.
‘Peace, happiness and joy is possible during the time I drink my tea.’ Thich Nhat Hanh
