This will be a safe, relaxing journey into the deep memory of your subconscious mind.

You can explore an issue or a question regarding your current life and perhaps the relationships you have with those close to you, by witnessing a past life that explains, or echoes those issues.

It may reveal a true past life experience, or it may be a significant metaphor sent from your amazing subconscious mind to inform, enlighten, or heal, an aspect of the life you are now living.

We will utilise the principles of hypnotherapy to attain a deep relaxation, which slows the brain waves to Alpha or Theta state. In these relaxed states we make direct contact with the subconscious, which holds all our memories, from pre-birth to present day and further back to pre-conception and past lives.

You are always in control and if something very painful arises, you have the ability to imagine stepping aside and witnessing the experience without having to re-live it. If you choose, you can understand and know what the feelings were, but not actually have to feel them.

Others may have a gentle, peaceful experience, but each will be unique and the right one for you on that day. Occasionally people experience their Past Life as if it were a full-colour movie, or as if they are truly living the events, but more usually it is an amalgamation of snatches of images, words, feelings or an intuitive sense or knowing of what is being shown to you by your subconscious. The important thing is to just go with the flow, know there is no right or wrong and this workshop is not a test, just an intriguing journey to enjoy.
