Book WorkshopIn a world that asks us to keep going, many of us feel “wired but tired” - outwardly functioning, yet inwardly depleted. This two-hour workshop is an invitation to pause, soften, and gently reset.
Recalibrate makes meditation practical, embodied, and accessible. Rather than striving to “clear the mind,” we will explore presence through the body - using breath, movement, and supported rest as doorways into deeper balance. The session blends:
- Guided meditation and breath awareness to anchor and ground the mind
- Gentle, mindful movement to sense into the body and transition naturally toward stillness
- Supported restorative postures to enhance comfort and allow the nervous system to settle
- Space for reflection and inquiry to explore questions and integrate your experience
We will gently explore three key questions:
- Why do I feel “wired but tired”, even when I rest? How does stress show up in my body and mind?
- How can breath, movement and meditation shift my state of being?
- What does it truly feel like to be rested, grounded and balanced?
You’ll leave with practical tools to pause and reset in everyday life, along with a felt sense of what it means to be calm yet alert, supported yet spacious. This is an intimate small-group experience, limited to just 12 participants, creating space for personal attention, meaningful inquiry, and a deeply supportive atmosphere. Please bring a notebook and pen.
Open to anyone who feels a desire to pause, reset and reconnect.
