In ancient communities women used to gather in circles to connect with each other and their shared embodied wisdom. A Women's Circle is a sacred space where women come together to co-create the Healed Sisterhood; to feel supported, be seen and heard, held and honoured. Everything that happens in a circle remains in the circle, which allows women to truly open up, share, and be authentic.

Honouring this Year of the Snake and the season of Autumn we are given a wonderful opportunity to shed skins of the past, creatively expressing what is in the shadows to allow us to move forward in our lives. Snake holds the feminine quality of being very flexible, easily adapting to change. Snake medicine helps us unlearn perfectionism, embrace our wildish nature and acknowledge our enoughness.

Join us for an afternoon of connection and nourishment. We will co-create a sacred space for somatic healing, trauma release, voice activation, tantra & kundalini yoga, breath work, free movement and relaxation.

In our Women's Circles we learn to harness love and embody it. Love is the best medicine. We are motivated by love, intimidated by it, inspired by it, controlled by it, healed by it and destroyed by it. Each of life's challenges is a lesson in some aspect of love.

Erika is a trauma-informed relational coach, women's mentor, somatic therapist, tantra practitioner and ceremonialist with over 35 years of devotion to personal and collective healing, earth-based spirituality, and pleasure activism. Rooted in reverence for the cycles of life, she creates inclusive, transformative spaces for individuals, couples, and groups, guiding them towards liberation and joyful living.
