As we travel through the main portals we are now approaching the Summer Solstice here in the northern hemisphere. Summer is connected to a sense of celebration, connection, and vitality. This season in Chinese medicine relates to the heart. Sitting together we are reminded of the power of circles and ceremonies.

After drinking a cup of sacred cacao, charging it with our intentions, we will be guided into a short journey, dive into some yin movements and be held by the sounds and gongs which work on a deep cellular level. Join us for an evening of deep healing and reflection.
