Join us for an evening during which we come together with the medicine of sacred cacao, yin and gongs. This is now the high Summer and the union of Sun and Earth has produced the first harvest.

Join Sandrine & Charlie for a magical evening of cacao, yin and gongs. We will come together to celebrate the autumn equinox also known as Mabon, which falls at this exact time.

Winter Solstice Celebration: cacao, yin & gong
This is a time to reflect on the last year, letting go of what no longer serves and putting some energy into our reserves through the nourishment of a yin practice. We will weave together the power of ceremonial cacao, yin yoga and sacred sounds and the power of coming together to create a magical evening.
