Finding Your Feet - Feldenkrais and Mindful Movement

An invitation to slow down, this month’s focus will be on finding our feet for the year ahead. Through visualisation, movement riddles to ignite the nervous system and strategies to awaken the feet when weight bearing is difficult, we will tap into a deeper sense of stability and grounding. After ankle surgery at the beginning of her dance career, these tools continue to be invaluable for Alice’s own rehabilitation and movement journey and she can’t wait to share them with you.
