This workshop will explore practices to cultivate self-compassion, to more fully know our value and to find space around and release identification with any unhelpful thoughts and emotions. Through the power of our focus and the light of awareness, we can incrementally dissolve and transform any thoughts that aren’t our true nature.

Tracy Friend shares what she has learnt and pioneered through facilitating hundreds of events across the UK, US and Asia over the last twenty years, about what works when applying the Law of Attraction and meditation. With powerful processes including written exercises and meditation, this workshop will assist you in more fully appreciating yourself. As we increasingly recognise our value this creates transformation and new possibilities in our life.

Tracy’s pioneering presentation is optimistic, soothing and empowering. She is a firm believer that as we do the work of training our mind to connect with our true essence and remove blocks to that connection that our life will be one of a positive, continuous unfolding into living our higher potential. Inspiring, comprehensive handouts are also provided.
