This is a time to reflect on the last year, letting go of what no longer serves and putting some energy into our reserves through the nourishment of a yin practice. We will weave together the power of ceremonial cacao, yin yoga and sacred sounds and the power of coming together to create a magical evening.

Welcoming Spring - Crystal Alchemy Sound & Meditation
As we start to emerge from the introspection of winter hibernation, we start to welcome the first blooms of Spring with full abundance to the pathways of illumination to the lighter warmer days and months ahead of us, cleansing and purifying. The fruits of our harvest showing signs of growth and bloom. We clear the way to make space to celebrate equal day and night as we travel towards Spring Equinox.
